Summary

Our Energy Management special interest group have begun preparing for ESOS (Energy Savings and Opportunities Scheme) 2019, and this afternoon event is going to be opened up to anyone who would like to find out more. This will not be an introduction to ESOS but a more in-depth look at the process.

We have an auditor coming from the Environment Agency to answer the key questions you want to cover, including:

• common pitfalls in the compliance process

• what an auditor might be looking for

• examples of good practice for site surveys

• good practice transport reviews

• what standard and detail do they need from site surveys

• how to extrapolate results from one building to all buildings of that type

We also have Network members who are auditors and will be inputting their own practical experiences.
