Focus: This will be the first of a series of smaller meetings look at sustainable transport and travel. We are delighted to welcome Good Journey, who will be presenting on their iniitative to promote sustainable visitor travel and will offer some helpful hints and tips on practical steps to encourage more visitors to leave their cars at home.

This meeting and those that follow is aimed at members who want to look more in depth at different aspects of sustainable travel. Each meeting will look at a different area including:

• Visitor and staff engagement

• Fleet Management

• Collecting, monitoring and reporting on travel

• Staff travel – business and commute

The first meeting will look at visitor and staff engagement in sustainable travel. How do we engage visitors and staff in taking up sustainable options? If sustainable travel isn’t possible, what are the alternatives?

Agenda items are welcome from those who would like to attend.
