There are many reasons why a building project may not perform to the intended specifications, and often these so-called 'performance gaps' could have been eliminated at the outset of a project. Fit for the Future will be speaking to expert Douglas Drewniak, former Building Performance Manager for Wilmott Dixon and BEPIT Manager for Bioregional, who will share his extensive experience of improving the 'as built' energy performance of new built housing.

His approach is to identify possible failure modes for performance at the start of a project, identify key packages, personnel and timings and apply leverage to these critical processes through short, targeted pre- emptive interventions (workshop training sessions, building performance testing and site inspection).

This event is strictly for members only, please register in advance.
