"Heat recovery technology has potential to offer financial and carbon savings for many organisations and businesses producing large quantities of hot wastewater. This project has proved it can be successfully integrated into our buildings, reducing energy and improve green energy solutions. The unit installed recovers heat from waste water leaving the castle food and beverage outlet

Join us at the launch event on the 11th of October 2022 to learn more about a six-year project and collaboration between National Trust Cymru, Trinity College Dublin and Bangor University where researchers have been trialling a wastewater heat recovery system at Penrhyn Castle and Garden in Wales."
