How do you support colleagues to increase their knowledge of environmental sustainability issues and learn new skills e.g. carbon and climate literacy?

The National Trust’s Climate Action Organisational Development Team look forward to sharing the latest news about their internal climate confidence programme. This will include the leadership offer Leading for Climate Action, Spotlight sessions and the Climate Resources Hub.  The team will be sharing lessons learned, delegate feedback and what is currently working well.  There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions.

All members are welcome to attend, regardless of previous experience or knowledge on this topic.  This session will be of benefit to all network members, whatever your size and scope of operations/activity.  From organisations just starting off to those already providing support and resources to colleagues in this key area, there will be lots to share and collaborate on.
