How do you inspire, engage and empower staff and volunteers to take collective and impactful action to implement environmental sustainability within an organisation?

How do you support colleagues to increase their knowledge of environmental sustainability issues and learn new skills e.g. carbon and climate literacy?

Join us for a virtual tour of the National Trust’s Climate Resources Hub.  A unique opportunity to see how the National Trust support their staff in this key area.

On the 16th April we hosted the Climate Confidence at the National Trust webinar.  At this session the National Trust’s Climate Action Organisational Development Team provided an overview of their internal climate confidence programme. This included:

·       The Climate Resources Hub

·       The leadership offer Leading for Climate Action

·       Spotlight sessions

The team shared the aims of the programme, development and delivery, lessons learned, delegate feedback and what is currently working well.

The National Trust’s Climate Action Organisational Development Team has kindly agreed to host this follow-up session that will focus on the National Trust’s Climate Resources Hub.  This online session will include a virtual tour of the hub and an opportunity for discussion and questions.
