Benchmarking, Behaviour Change & the Business Case: the Power of Data

April 17 @ 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Summary

I am delighted to invite you to an event that aims to help you make the most of your data to deliver your sustainability goals.

The potential of data should not be underestimated! This afternoon event will feature case studies from members who are using data to achieve sustainability – such as understanding and developing benchmarking, encouraging behaviour change among staff, securing senior buy-in and proving the case for investment.

National Trust will deliver a case study on their approach to data and reporting;

• playing the data ‘detective’ game and identifying opportunities for savings

• developing meaningful benchmarks

• reporting internally to different levels of staff within the organisation to secure buy-in

• what this can mean for delivering behaviour change

• how this helps them to make the business case for sustainability and set targets going forward

Other members will be sharing their experiences, and this will be followed by plenty of time for discussions and networking.

Lunch and refreshments included – full agenda to follow. To register your place visit our Eventbrite page.
