How do you support colleagues to increase their knowledge of environmental sustainability issues and learn new skills e.g. carbon and climate literacy?

Continuing the great discussions and sharing of approaches and resources in our regular Sustainability Champions Group, The National Trust’s Climate Action Organisational Development Team look forward to sharing the latest news about their internal climate confidence programme. This will include the leadership offer Leading for Climate Action, Spotlight sessions and the Climate Resources Hub.  The team will be sharing lessons learned, delegate feedback and what is currently working well.  There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions.
