On the 16th April we hosted the Climate Confidence at the National Trust webinar, continuing the sharing of approaches and resources with regards to:

·       How do you inspire, engage and empower staff and volunteers to take collective and impactful action to implement environmental sustainability within an organisation?

·       How do you support colleagues to increase their knowledge of environmental sustainability issues and learn new skills e.g. carbon and climate literacy?

At this session the National Trust’s Climate Action Organisational Development Team provided a detailed overview of their internal climate confidence programme. This included:

·       The Climate Resources Hub

·       The leadership offer Leading for Climate Action

·       Spotlight sessions

The team shared the aims of the programme, development and delivery, lessons learned, delegate feedback and what is currently working well.  Many thanks to everyone who came along, asked questions and joined in the discussion.
